At the start of this year, I took on a new challenge, helping a Puerto Rican pastry band find his voice and identity. My first step, sitting down with a founder and asking the right question. But honestly, where do you start when building a brand from scratch. How do you stand out while losing your story. And how do you turn strategy into something unforgettable. What's going on. My name is Xavier and in this video I show you my full process how I help brands from the first phone call to the final design delivery and everything that happens in between. When I first got his email for this client, I was honestly very excited. There's always something special about helping a brand find its voice, especially into a a business that's tied to my culture and my traditions because we are both fellow Puerto Ricans. Now, just because we come with the same background doesn't mean it was either earn trust and I still had to figure out why her pastries stand out from the sea of competition. Now, before I design anything, I have to kick things off with the first client meeting. This isn't about logos or colors. Well, not yet at least. It's about getting to know the the business and people behind it. you really understand what the client is really hoping to achieve.
